BestJobs: the employees in the financial domain, engineering and health, the most  interested to change their job in October

In October this year, the interest of the candidates to change their job was kept at the same level as the previous month, while the total volume of applications for another job increased by 6% a? compared to the same period of last year, and the employees of the financial domain, engineering and health are most interested to change their job, according to the data sent on Friday by the platform BestJobs.

At the top of the searches made by the Romanian candidates, over 80,000 searches as a total. ‘The surprise of October comes from the domain of human resources where the employees specialized registered over 21,000 job searches, being preoccupied by the perspective of a new job more than the others in such domains as transport or sales, whose interest was more constant during this year’ the press release says.

Other domains which registered a big number of candidates who searched jobs in October are transport (over 20,000 searches), sales (over 15,000 searches) or judicial (over 13,000 searches).

The most wanted job in October, with over 1,000 applicants, was that of manager of factory for a Romanian company in the western part of the country, which offered a salary of over 6,000 euro gross.

Other jobs which had an increased interest on the part of the candidates, in October were: BRD Finance IFN SA- agent services Clients (914 applicants) Deichmann – sales assistant (827 applicants), and BCR – Partner services clients (701 applicants).
