CCR: Law on putting stray dogs to sleep is unconstitutional

Romania's Constitutional Court (CCR) on Wednesday accepted the notification filed by the opposition Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the opposition National Liberal Party (PNL) on the unconstitutional character of the law on putting stray dogs to sleep.
