Investigation of health card IT system ordered by premier Ciolos at CNAS

A team coordinated by the premier’s Control Body will investigate the was in which the IT system of the national health card functions at CNAS, a government press release shows.

“A team coordinated by the premier’s Control Body will start, from premier Ciolos’ order, a control action at the National Health Insurance House (CNAS) to verify the way in which the IT system of the national health card functions,” the mentioned source points out.

According to the government, the control will be made by a joint team made of representatives of the premier’s Control Body and of the Health Ministry. The period under investigation is between January 1, 2016 and the present day.

“The control was ordered considering the dis-functionalities recorded in the functioning of the IT system of the national health card,”the press release shows.
