MFP: In 10 years, Romania got from the EU over 40 billion euro and paid 13.78 billion euro
Between 2007 – 2016 Romania got 40.86 billion euro from the European Union and contributed with 13.78 billion euro, fact which determined a positive balance of 27.08 billion euro, announced on Monday in a posting on Facebook the ministry of public finances (MFP).
According to the data of the ministry, Romania received from the EU in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2007 – 2013 the sum of 37.05 billion euro. While in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014- 2020 Romania received the sum of 3.81 billion euro until the 31 December 2016.
‘The data regarding the evolution of the financial flows between Romania and the European Union of December 2016 of the ministry of public finances show that our country is a beneficiary of the EUmember state’ the posting of the ministry of finances says.
