PM Orban: Economic outlooks looks better than expected
Prime Minister Ludovic Orban on Monday stated that collections to the state budget have been higher than expected and that this is also due to the economic measures adopted by the Government.
"We have allowed all the economic activities necessary for the economy and whose restriction could have affected the economy very seriously. The economic outlook looks better than we expected. We verified including the collections to the state budget, to the social securities budget and the health budget. The losses are smaller than the estimates we made. This is also due to the economic measures that we adopted. Besides supporting investments we also tried to take measures by which to ensure that companies have as many liquidities as possible, like updating VAT reimbursements,' said Orban, at the press conference.
