The contract with the brokerage association for the secondary public offering to list 15 percent of the shares of the national company for transporting natural gas Transgaz was signed on Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Milieu (MECMA).The financial and consultancy services will be run in the immediate future, meant to prepare, operate and conclude the offer, says MECMA.The brokerage association is made up of Raiffeisen Capital and Investment, ...
