Real Estate: Regatta: over 90% of the Romanians interested in residence prefer to look on the internet

Over 90% of the Romanians who look for a house or an apartment choose the online medium to inform on the properties available on the market, according to the statistics of the real estate agency with Romanian capital Regatta Real Estate, which shows that in the last two years almost all the requests recorded by the company came on the internet.

Last year the most wanted on the site were the apartments (413,000 visitors) houses (265,000 visitors) and commercial spaces, followed by industrial spaces and land.

The most wanted areas are: Pipera, Herastrau,Unirii, Corbeanca, Baneasa, Dorobanti, Snagov,Otopeni, Aviatorilor, Floreasca and Primaverii shows the company.

Regatta Real Estate traded last year properties worth 25 million euro, the level close to that of 2015, and finished the year 2016 with a turnover of one million euro, according to the estimates of the company of December.

The most expensie properties sold by the real estate company in 2016 are two historic villas with prices of 2.5 million euro and 3 million euro respectively, situated in the central areas of Bucharest.
