Enel opened its largest shop in Iasi, in the Palas Mall

· Customers in Iasi now have a new dedicated Enel point, the largest one in the city, where they can receive personalised offers

· 900,000 customers have chosen the offers of the Enel supply companies on the free electricity and natural gas markets in Romania

Enel opened in the Palas Mall complex its largest store in Iasi and in the Moldova region, the company informs in a statement sent to ACTMedia. Thus, both the household and business customers in Iasi will have a new dedicated sales and information point, where they will receive personalised offers on the free energy market, for both electricity and natural gas supply.

Until now, approx. 900,000 household and business customers have chosen the offers of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia on the free energy markets in Romania, for electricity and natural gas, as a result of the companies’ customer-oriented approach and the constant drive for modernisation and digitalisation of services and the contact points.

The working hours of the Enel shop in Palas Mall, strada Palas no. 5B, Building D3, are Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 19:30, and on Saturday from 10:00 to 14.00. The specialists in the shop will offer assistance regarding contracting and dedicated offers for electricity, gas, and value added services for household and business customers.

Customers can choose electricity offers, natural gas offers, multi-utility electricity-gas bundles, products with value added services (for internal installations repairs for example). Until November 29th, the customers who sign in the same time a contract for Enel Gaz and electricity supply contract Enel Fix 24 or choose to sign the contract for Enel Fix Relaxat product in the new store in Palas Iasi can receive two LED bulbs free of charge.

Besides Ia?i, Enel has partner shops in several other cities in the Moldova region and the teams are also present in the cities and rural areas, with dedicated specialists.

The liberalisation of the energy markets offers all customers - households and businesses - the possibility to choose their suppliers of energy and natural gas and benefit from personalised offers. The change of the energy supplier is a free process and does not require any technical changes to electricity or natural gas distribution grids.

Therefore, Enel offers an extensive range of products tailored for residential customers, proposing predictability, by having a fixed price and easy communication with the supplier, through the MyEnel account and the mobile application: Enel Fix 24, Enel Simplu Anual and Enel Fix Online.

The company has also focused on the value added services area, launching special offers such as – Enel Asistenta, Enel Asistenta+ for electricity and Enel Asistenta Gaz and Enel Asistenta Gaz+ for gas, offering customers assistance packages for their internal electrical or gas installation, locksmith repairs, repairs of the water and sanitation installations, gas appliances and equipment, through a network of specialized companies managed by our partner Europ Assistance.

For business customers, the Enel Confort package offers, beyond optimal tariffs, interventions in case of interior grids faults and an annual check of the connection to the ground points.
