The number of transactions with Visa cards at POS payment terminals, in Romania, increased by 30.4 percent in 2011 as compared to 2010 and value of transactions rose by 29.2 percent, announced on Tuesday, in a press conference, the general manager for Romania of Visa Europe, Catalin Cretu.Behavior of card owners in front of using the POS has changed, and the share of shop transactions in total transactions increased from 32 percent in 2010 to 37 percent in 2011, Cretu said, adding ...
