Personnel expenditure to go down contingent upon GDP, over 2012-2014

The personnel expenditure will gradually fall contingent on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), over 2012-2014, according to the Tax-Budget Strategy, during 2011 -2014 that Government passed on Wednesday.
