Small and medium companies can access overall credits of 20 million lei through accord between Romanian Bank and EximBank
Small and medium companies can access credits of 20 million lei for investments or for current activities following the accord signed by Banca Romaneasca and EximBank, a press release shows.
“Through this accord, Banca Romaneasca benefits from a level of 20 million lei from EximBank. Clients of small and medium companies backed by Banca Romaneasca have at their disposal a maximum individual guarantee of 1.5 million lei and the maximum percentage guaranteed is 80% in case of investment credits or 70% in case of credits for current activities, a percentage also valid for bank guarantee letters,”said Cosmin Calin, executive director at Banca Romaneasca.
So IMM clients can chose credit solutions for 5 years (in case of investments) and 12 months (for current activities) or 24 months (for letters of guarantees).
EximBank CEO, Traian Halalai, invites other commercial banks to “use our offer, facilitating the diversification of financing solutions for projects of small and medium companies on short and medium term, helping banks reach their specific performance targets.”
