The GfK study: 67% of the financial managers of Romania consider that the frequent changes of legislation represent a challenge in the business environment
Over 60%of the financial managers of Romania consider that the frequent changes of legislation represent a challenge in the domestic business environment, according to a study made by GfK at the request of the IMF Group which shows that over 80% of the human resources managers have difficulty in finding the adequate work force.
The study analysed the opinions of 30 financial managers and 31 human resources managers from different sectors of activity in industry, services and commerce on the local market. The study is made in Romania for the third year.
The study shows that 33% of the financial managers of Romania face the difficulty to meet the conformity with the reporting standards imposed by the Romanian authorities or their own organisation. According to GfK it is about a growth of 7% against 2015 when 26% of the financial managers showed the same challenge in their activity. Moreover, 30%showed the lack of interface in communication with different local authorities.
The research shows that 32% of the human resources managers admit they need assistance in the process of recruitment and 32% have difficulties due to the frequent changes in work legislation.
The results of a study show that 44% of the human resources managers and financial managers who were interviewed take into consideration the outsourcing of several additional services – 18% would require the manager external support for judicial-administrative functions and 12%would opt for fiscal conformity.
As regards the benefits following outsourcing, both HR professionals and the financial ones appreciate they got more time to dedicate to basic activities in their departments (71%) and 69% admitted the comfort obtained with the reduction of the administrative responsibility.
