Sapte Spice estimates business of 300 million lei for this year, up by 13%
Sapte Spice, one of the biggest producers on the market of milling in Romania estimates business of 300 million lei this year, up by 13%. The company has announced on last Thursday a special range dedicated to the pizza producers, Castelana.
‘Before this launching, Sapte Spice has closed 2020 with a turnover of 264.7 million lei, and for 2021 they estimate a growth of up to 300 million lei. Out of the products already available, flour 650 continues to be the most popular. Castelana comes to complete the Sapte Spice portfolio, special flour gathered in the range Coroana. At the same time, the portfolio covers the range of black, whole and graham flours, out of which the best known is flour Grau Intreg’ the company says.
Castelana from Sapte Spice is the first Romanian range of professional flours for pizza and covers all types of technology, rising times and levels of hydration, being inspired from Italy.
The estimate for the company for 2021 is the sale of almost 2,000 tons of products from the Castelana range.
The market of pizza flours is estimated at over 20 million lei annually.
