A Center of Israeli Studies will be open in Bucharest this month
State Secretary with the Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) Ovidiu Dranga welcomed on Friday Israel Ambassador in Bucharest Dan Ben Eliezer, who informed the Romanian official that a Center of Israeli Studies will be open in Bucharest this month, with the support of Israel's Embassy to Romania, MAE informs.
The two officials reviewed the stage of the bilateral cooperation and the projects to be launched in the special context of the 65th anniversary since the establishment of Romanian-Israeli diplomatic ties, celebrated this year, according to MAE.
Among the topics discussed at the meeting were the stage of the preparation of the second Joint Meeting of the Romanian and Israeli Government in Bucharest, as well as the political consultations between the two states.
Dranga and Ben Eliezer also analyzed the bilateral judicial framework and some proposals meant to update it.
During the meeting, the Israeli ambassador told the MAE official that a Center of Israeli Studies will be open in Bucharest this month, with the support of Israel's Embassy to Romania.
