Chinese vicepremier Zhang Gaoli comes to Bucharest

The Chinese vicepremier Zhang Gaoli comes to Bucharest this week, premier Victor Ponta, being in New York told the former, in an official discussion, that he regretted the fact that he could not be in the country to welcome him personally, but vicepremier Liviu Dragnea expects him. Ponta and Gaoli had a meeting in the US on the occasion of the General Assembly of the UN.
