Government : Premier Ciuca had a phone conversation with his Greek counterpart
Premier Nicolae Ciuca had, on Wednesday morning a phone discussion with the premier of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, said the government. The discussions aimed at the extension of bilateral relations at the level of economic exchanges, energy and tourism.
‘The Greek premier addressed season greetings and congratulated the prime-minister Nicolae-Ionel Ciuca on taking over the mandate at the leadership of the government. Similarly, the Greek official welcomed the stability installed in Bucarest through the new coalition government. The phone discussion between the two prime-ministers aimed at the bilateral agenda and the interest to extend relations at the level of the economic exchanges, energy and tourism. Similarly, there were mentioned the most recent mutual visits at high level, both parties insisting on the necessity to resume dialogue on the issues of interest, the European positions of the two states being similar in most of the cases’ shows a press release of the government.
According to the quoted source, premier Nicolae Ciuca addressed his Greek counterpart the invitation to pay an official visit to Romania. In his turn, the Greek prime-minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis launched the invitation of a trilateral meeting Romania – Bulgaria –Greece in Athens.
