Romania's foreign debt went up by 4.254 billion euros in the first 6 months, to 103.671 billion euros, according to data released by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on Tuesday. In that period of time, the public debt went up by over 3.2 billion euros, to 37.982 billion euros, on the rise by 9.26%.
