Razvan Nicolescu about sales of Enel operations in Romania
Razvan Nicolescu, the delegate minister for energy will go to Rome, Italy on Wednesday for talks with the management of the energy group Enel about the sale of operations in Romania.He will be accompanied by general directors of Nuclearelectrica and Electrica, Daniela Lulache and Ioan Rosca.
Enel who owns a third of the energy distribution in Romania announced that they intend to sell operations in Romania until the end of the year.
Nicolescu said on Tuesday, at a press conference, that the activity o9f energy distribution is considered strategic by the Romanian state, especially in the Dobrogea.
“We do not encourage anyone to make offers to buy distribution in Dobrogea, as there is no interest from Romanian state companies,” Nicolescu said.
