Romanian Infrastructure 2014 for Romanian Statutory Contract Users
* Developing infrastructure projects – between statutory contracts and excessive bureaucracy
Delegates of CNADNR, ICC, ANRMAP, CNSC, CFR, the Ministry of Transport, as well as representatives of companies active in developing Romania’s infrastructure, law firms, consulting engineers will attend the ”Romanian Infrastructure 2014 for Romanian Statutory Contract Users”, event organized by GOVNET Conferences at Radisson Blu Bucharest, Atlas Ballroom 2, on Thursday, September 25, 2014 starting with 9:00 am.
The talks will be focused on the harmonization of the particular conditions included in the Ministerial Orders no. 146/2011 and 774/2013 related to the contracts designed for investment projects in the road and railway infrastructure sector which are publicly funded and the general conditions of contracts connected to such construction works. Also, apart from the challenges associated with the statutory contracts of infrastructure projects, the conference will bring to the fore the new trends in the public-private partnership, issues concerning public procurement, management contracts or dispute resolution.
