The study made by the real estate platform Storia.ro in collaboration with the research agency D&D Research ,‘ Cities and neighbourhoods of Romania’ , analyses the perception of the citizens on the cities and neighbourhoods where they live, taking into consideration ten criteria: safety, general cost of life, medical facilities, air quality, cleanliness, recreation, access to shops and restaurants, transport services and quietness level.

‘Starting from the mission Storia.ro to be close to our users during the whole process of looking for a  residence and the fact that the location has proven to be a criterion even more important than the price,we have decided to use the very high degree of exposure which our platforms have and help those to take decisions to be very informed through this study which catches specific details at the level of the whole country, on the largest areas of interest’ Dan Puica,Real Estate Business Manager OLX Group says.

This analysis is the most ample study of perception made in Romania on the theme of relevant criteria, when choosing a residence. The volume of the sample  - almost 260,000 interviewees – and the error margin of 0.2% as compared to the average of +/ 3% used by surveys, gives weight to the results and make us  get close to the studies big data’says Dan Petre, Business Developer D&D Research.
