As concerns the living standard in the communist regime period compared with that of the current period, 44.4 percent of the people interviewed within the INSCOP survey believe people used to live better before 1989, 33.6 percent believe they lived in worse conditions, 15.6 percent say they lived just the same and 6.4 percent of them did not answer or said they did not know what to answer to this question.
