The top of salaries: in Bucharest and four counties only people earn more than in the national average

At national level only in Bucharest, Ilfov, Cluj, Timis and Sibiu salary earnings were over the national average of 2,078 lei per month in June, the published data published by the National Institute for Statistics ((INS).

According to INS the biggest average salary earning is in Bucharest (2,852 lei per month), the capital city being followed by Ilfov (2,294 lei) Cluj (2,284 lei), Timi? (2,240 lei) and Sibiu (2,104 lei).

Immediately under the national average are Bra?ov (2.303 lei), Ia?i (1.946 de lei) ?i Prahova (1.906 lei).

Salaries between 1,800 and 1,900 lei are earned in Constanta, Mures, Galati, Gorj andAlba.

The lowest salaries are according to INS in Harghita (1,480 lei) and Teleorman (1,494 lei).

A group of 15 counties have salaries of 1,500 – 1,600 lei among which we have Vâlcea, Bihor, Cara?-severin, Vrancea, Ialomi?a, Satu Mare, S?laj, Boto?ani, Br?ila, Bistri?a-N?s?ud, Neam?, Covasna, Maramure?, Vaslui and Suceava.

The highest salary increases in June 2016 against 2015 are in the top part of the ranking, Bucharest (from 2.524 to 2.852 lei), Ilfov (from 2.800 to 2.294 lei) and Cluj ( from 1.990 to 2.284 lei).

As compared to June of the previous year the salary earning grew as a national average b 14.3%and in no county of the country there were decreases, the INS statistics say.
