22% increase in gross demand for offices in Bucharest, in first six months

The gross demand for offices in Bucharest increased by 22% in the first half of this year compared to the similar interval in 2022, up to an area of approximately 164,400 sqm, reveals a specialized analysis published on Wednesday.Compared to the second quarter of the current year, the demand almost tripled and exceeded 120,000 sqm.According to iOPartners (JLL Preferred Partner in Romania) data, net demand was only 47% higher compared to the ...
