J’info Tours estimates business of 80 million lei in 2017
Travel agency J’ínfo Tours estimates business up to 80 million lei this year, growing by 18% against the previous year, as a result of new destinations and the diversification of old products, the president of the company, Carmel Pavel told News.ro, pointing out that the tour operator counted this year on the corporate segment and trips to far away areas, starting from 2,000 euros.
The company counts on the group travel segment, as the market has registered increases of 30-40%.
“The most relevant group travel experience is that of incentives offered to employees by corporate employers. Those trips bring extra balance and unity in work groups, employers become more efficient and motivated,” Pavel told News.ro.
The travel agency gets 65% of incomes from contracts with companies and has in its portfolio multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, car, IT fields, cement, tobacco industries and agriculture. J’Info Tours includes groups like Avon, Unilever, Ericsson and AIG.
“Many employees from large companies, corporates, travel to 4-5 star hotels with full meals, have different visits and additional services on company money, as employee rewards,” Carmel Pavel said.
Usually, corporate employees go on holidays together, being encouraged by companies.
The most successful holiday destinations this year for groups are China, Japan, South America, India and South Africa. Sojourn prices start from 2,000 euros per person and can reach 3,000-4,000 euros.
Pharmaceutical companies, from agriculture or even the press take their employees or partners on those trips.
