Current uptake rate of European funds increased in April by 0.41 percentage points
The current uptake rate of European funds increased in April by 0.41 percentage points to 66.21per cent on the 2007-2013 financial framework, show data with the Ministry of European Funds (MFE).
Thus, the statements of expenditure submitted to the European Commission (EC) stood at over 12.6 billion euros on April 30. As to the actual uptake rate, the reimbursements from the EC respectively, it rose by 2.22 percentage points to 63.79 per cent (12.1 billion euros).
The date of December 31, 2015 is the deadline for eligibility of expenditures made by beneficiaries, and June 30, 2016 - sending to the European Commission and the audit authority of the final application for intermediary payment.
Also, March 31, 2017 is the deadline until which the payment application of the final balance sheet and the final statement of expenditures must be transmitted to the Commission.
