Oilfield Exploration Business Solutions, the Energy unit Hunedoara and European Food, the biggest debts to the state

The Oilfield Exploration Business Solutions SA, the Energy Unit Hunedoara SA and the European Food SA had on 30 June2016 the biggest debts to the state budget, according to the data published by the National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) on the government site.

Thus, on the date mentioned, Oilfield Exploration Business Solutions SA had debts to the state budget worth almost one billion lei, the Energy Unit Hunedoara SA had approximately 477 million lei and European Food – 400 million lei.

In the top five is the Romanian Societ y of Television with debts of over 350 million lei, whileDonau Chem SRL has debts of approximately 111 million lei.

Po?ta Român? (locul 20).

ANAF resumed, this year, the publication of the list of the big debtors to the state budget, on the basis of the Code for Fiscal procedure. The first lists were published in May with the debts recorded on 31 March 2016.
