Orban: our objective is not to take any measure which could affect the economy negatively

Premier Ludovic Orban stated on Friday in the Tulcea county that the objective of the authorities is not to take any measure which could affect the economy negatively.

Orban was present on Friday on the site of the Suspended Bridge over the Danube through Macin –Smardan and was asked by the journalists if a state of emergency could be taken into consideration.’ We are on a site, our objective is to mobilize all state institutions which have attributes in the fight against Covid, to bring together all the institutional actions irrespective if they are in the public area or the private area and not last the citizens, to bring them with us, to go back to the responsibility which characterized the behaviour of the Romanians in the first part of the pandemics’ he stated.

The premier said that the objective is not to take measures which could affect the economy. ‘ Our objective is not to take measures which could affect the economy negatively, to keep all sites open, to put into practice the programme for economic recovery through investments, by the support offered to the companies, by active measures of support for the employees  so that the Romanians do not suffer because of the pandemics, the companies do not suffer from the epidemics, to generate an economic dynamics which could allow the resumption of an economic growth as soon as possible’ he said.
