PM Ciuca: Budget rectification and deficit to be debated in government meeting on Friday

Prime Minister Nicole Ciuca said that a government meeting will be held on Friday to debate budget rectification and budget deficit to give assurance that there will be financial resources for the payment of pensions and salaries and funds for the needs of the Health Ministry in the pandemic context.

The Finance Ministry published on Wednesday, the bill on budget rectification. The ministries which receive the biggest amounts are the Health Ministry (2.45 billion lei), Labor Ministry (2.19 billion lei). In exchange, the Ministry if Agriculture will lose 2.31 billion lei and the Transport Ministry 757 million lei.
