Prime Minister Victor Ponta said that the text of the Emergency Ordinance on the development of the capital market would be posted on Tuesday on the website of the Ministry of Public Finances and added that he was ready to assume responsibility for the normative as long as the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), the capital market' representatives, as well as the Central Bank and the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), consider it to be a good text. 

"Today [Monday] I will talk to Finance Minister Petrescu and I ask her to post it on the website, but if I am not mistaken, at least the BVB representatives or of the Coalition for Romania's Development can make it available for you, as of now," the prime minister answered a question about when the Ordinance with amendments for the capital market's development will be adopted. 

Present on Monday at the opening of the BVB trading session, Victor Ponta added that, however, the final form of the normative act may undergo small changes.
