Transylvania Bank, BCR and BRD will sell state bonds in lei

BT Capital Partners & Transylvania Bank, BCR and BRD will sell, as of Wednesday, July 15, state bonds in lei and state bonds in euro which will be automatically listed at Bucharest Stock Exchange, with a maturity of two and four years for the national currency and five years for euro.

“Annual interest rates offered for state bonds in lei are 4% for two years and 4.5% for 4 years, while state bonds in euro have an annual interest rate of 2%, the Finance Ministry informs.

The state bond offer within Fidelis program lasts between July 15 and August 7.

The nominal value of a state bond is 100 lei for the lei issue and 100 euros for the euro issue. The lowest subscription level is 5,000 lei and 1,000 euros. Resident and non resident natural persons aged over 18 can invest in Fidelis state bonds.
