Manufacturing
According to the business tendency survey of April 2016, managers from manufacturing forecast the growth of the production volume (balance +18%) for the next three months. Significant increase is expected in the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products (balance +42%), while for the manufacturing of tobacco products the tendency will be of significant decrease (balance ?43%). For the prices of the industrial products, a relative stability is forecast for the next three months (balance +1%). Regarding the number of employees, a relative stability is forecast, the balance being +2% per total manufacturing.
Construction
According to April 2016 estimations, there will be an increase in the production volume of the construction activity for the next three months (balance +28%) and in the stock of contracts and orders (balance +23%). Managers forecast a moderate increase in the number of employees (balance +9%). As to the prices of construction works, a relative stability is forecast (balance +3%).
Retail trade
In the retail trade sector, managers estimate a growth tendency in the economic activity (balance +26%) and in the volume of orders placed by the trade units to the suppliers of goods (balance +19%) for the next three months Employers forecast for the next three months a moderate increase in the number of employees (balance +9%). For the next three months, the managers of trade companies estimate a moderate growth of retail selling prices (balance +7%).
Services
According to April 2016 estimations, the demand of services (turnover) will register a growth in the next three months (balance +16%). In the services sector, a relative stability in the number of employees is forecast (balance +4%). According to the managers’ opinion, the selling or invoice prices of provisions will have a trend of relative stability (balance +2%).
