Electrica group planned investments worth 739 million lei for this year
The Electrica group planned investments worth 739 million lei this year and 710 million of the sum is the investment plan of the distribution branches, informs the company in a press release sent on Wednesday to the BVB.
‘During the meeting of 19 February 2019 the Board approved the consolidated sum for the Investment Plan (CAPEX) of the Electrica Group for 2019, worth 739 million ron. Out of this value, 710 million ron is the investment plan (CAPEX) of the distribution branches. We mention the fact that the value of 608 million ron (value in real terms 2018) published by ANRE ( the Authority for Regulation in Energy) on 12 February 2019 represents the investment plan which should be put into practice by the operators of distribution of the Electrica Group during 2019’ the quoted source says.
The Electrica Group offers services to a number of over 3.7 million clients and has an area of national coverage – with organization in three areas for electricity distribution (Transilvania Nord, Transilvania Sud, Muntenia Nord and on the whole country for the distribution of electricity and for maintenance and energy services.
Starting with July 2014 Electrica is a company with private majority capital, listed on the stock exchanges of Bucharest and London. Electrica is the only Romanian company listed in the domain of distribution and the supply of electricity in Romania.
