Romania and  the Kingdom of Bahrain could develop partnership in oil and natural gas, petro-chemistry and electricity sector

Romania and the Kingdom of Bahrain could develop partnerships in the domains of oil and natural gas, petro-chemistry and electricity, according to a press release of the Ministry for business environment, commerce and entrepreneurship ( MMACA).


The state secretary of MMACA Paula Pirvanescu met with the subsecretary for international business in the ministry of foreign affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Abdullah bin ahmed al Khalifa and one of the main topics of discussion were the putting to value of the potential for development for economic cooperation and commercial exchanges by encouraging the direct contact between the business people of the two countries.


Paula Pirvanescu presented to the delegation of Bahrain the strategic projects in partnership public-private and the macroeconomic framework favourable to investments in Romania.
‘The two parties have identified the domains of oil and natural gas, petro-chemistry and the electricity sector as being of interest for the development of partnerships and technological transfer and know-how. Similarly, the MMACA expertise in supporting the Romanian entrepreneurship could be taken over in the development of small and medium-size enterprises of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In this context, the head of the Arabic delegation addressed congratulations for the way in which Romania managed the mandate of the EU council presidency and for the remarkable results obtained in the domain of international commercial policy’ the document says.
