Aker Braila increases share capital

Aker Braila shipyard (eastern Romania) increased share capital by 31.64 million lei (about 9.1 million euros), which reached 81.36 million lei (about 23.4 million euros) through cash contribution from shareholders. Following this operation, the majority shareholder, Scandinor's increased shareholding from 83.6 to 88.01 percent, whereas financial investment company SIF Moldova owns 7.02 percent, down from the 11.4-percent stake in the shipyard.
