Antibiotice Iasi becomes the 15th member of the Association for Relations with Investors on the Stock Exchange
Antiobiotice Iasi has become the 15th member of the Association for Relations with Investors on the Stock exchange of Romania (ARIR), organization set up in November 2018,a press release of the drugs producer says.
Antibiotice has in its portfolio over 150 generic medicaments for infectious diseases, as well as for those who suffer from cardio-vascular, derma, digestive pathologies, of the central nervous system and women’s health.
The company exports products to over 70 countries and it is a world leader for the production of Nistatin, says the quoted source.
‘Antibiotice becomes the 15th member of ARIR and the first in the pharma industry. We are glad that the only association for the relation with investors of Romania has grown and diversified. With the purpose of improving communication between the companies and investors, sectorial diversity in the association contributes to the increase of expertise and to a better implementation of the best practices in communication with investors and corporatist governance in various industries. ARIR was set up in November 2018 and has as members companies listed, companies with potential to become listed, funds managers, professionals in the relation with investors, as well as consultants. Founding members are the Bucharest Stock Exchange, ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management - . Bucure?ti, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Daniela ?erban, Cosmin R?du?? and Tony Romani, while Electrica and OMV Petrom joined as associated members and INNOVA Project Consulting as affiliated member.
