AROBS Transilvania Software, a technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announces the complete takeover of the entities from the Republic of Moldova, AROBS Software SRL and AROBS TrackGPS SRL (TrackGPS by AROBS Moldova), owned by Voicu Oprean.
