Globalworth received a financing loan worth 46 million Euro

Globalworth real estate investment company announces on Monday that it has received a financing loan worth 46 million Euro from the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR, Banca Comerciala Romana), to be invested in developing the Renault Bucharest Connected office project.

According to the company's representatives, Renault Bucharest Connected is one of the most important projects they are currently developing.

Renault Bucharest Connected, the next headquarters of Groupe Renault Romania, is under construction, and will be finalized during the first part of the next year. The building's structure has already been finalized, the facades are 90 percent done and it is currently working on the inside finishes for a part of the floors. The project will cover 47,000 square meters of Class A office space and will include a showroom for Groupe Renault Romania vehicles, 1,000 parking spots, a 350-seats amphitheater for internal and external events, and other facilities, such as a restaurant and a medical center.

Last year, on July 31, Globalworth started the listing of corporate bonds worth 550 million Euro on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The admission to transaction of corporate bonds issued by the company, with the symbol GWI22, represented, at the time, the largest type of bond issuance in the history of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Even then, the Globalworth corporate bonds were admitted to be traded on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Later on, on May 18, 2018, the company started to list on the Bucharest Stock Exchange its second issuance of corporate bonds, worth 550 million Euro. Globalworth corporate bonds, the value of which is similar to the one listed on July 2017, carry the symbol GWI25.

In Romania, Globalworth is represented in Bucharest, Timisoara and Pitesti, and in Poland in the cities of: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Krakow, Gdansk and Katowice.
