Vodafone Romania recruits Citi Russia's HR director 

Vodafone Romania appointed Florin Petrescu as HR Director and member of the executive management team, effective from 6 June, telecompaper.com informs. Most recently, Petrescu was HR director at the Citibank group for Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. He worked at Citi for 16 years.
