AVERAGE GROSS EARNINGS ON TOTAL ECONOMY WERE 3430 LEI IN NOVEMBER 2017
-In November 2017, the average gross nominal earnings were 3430 lei, by 3.1% higher than the one registered in October 2017. ? The average net nominal earnings were 2464 lei, increasing as against the previous month with 72 lei (+3.0%).
-The highest values of the average net nominal earnings were recorded in computer programming, consultancy and related activities (including information service activities) (6157 lei), while the lowest in accommodation and food service activities (1409 lei).
The gross average salary earning per economy increased 3.1 percent in November 2017 from the previous month, to 3,430 lei, while the net values stood at 2,464 lei, up 3 percent (72 lei), the data the National Institute of Statistics (INS) released on Friday reveal.
According to the statistics, the highest values of the net nominal average salary earning were registered in IT services (including informatics services), namely 6,157 lei, and the lowest in hotels and restaurants (1,409 lei).
In relation to the consumer price evolution, the real salary earning index was 102.3 percent for November 2017 compared to the previous month. Compared to October 1990, real salary earning index stood at 181.4 percent, by 4.1 percentage points higher than the one registered in October 2017.
