Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) has increased the number of shareholders by 27 after the transfer of a package of 753 shares, representing 0.015% of the social capital of BVB, which was converted into preferential shares, a press release shows. The Exchange Board registered on Tuesday 27 new shareholders owners of preferential stock, without voting right.
