Citu: În March, the budget implementation shows growth of the personnel expenditure
The prime minister Florin Citu stated that the budget implementation for the first two months and the preliminary for March show a growth of the personnel expenditure.
‘I asked the minister of finances to present an extrapolation, on the basis of budget implementation of the personnel expenditure until the end of the year for all authorising officers’ said the prime minister who added that there is a limit of 110 billion lei in the budget which cannot be surpassed.
‘We discussed about the personnel expenditure.For the budget implementation for the first two months and what we have as preliminary for March – it shows a growth of the personnel expenditure. I asked the minister of finances to present an extrapolation, on the basis of the budget implementation of the personnel expenditure until the end of the year for all authorising officers. There is a limit of 110 billion lei in the budget that we cannot surpass. It seems that the budget implementation shows a higher growth that estimated for the personnel expenses and I want to know where this personnel expense comes from,as you know that the legislation would not have allowed that’ Florin Citu said, at the end of the meeting of the government on Wednesday.
