Deputies' Chamber: the Law on Insolvency of Individuals postponed for January 1, 2018

The Deputies' Chamber on Tuesday decided to postpone the deadline for the coming into force of the Law on Insolvency of Individuals for January 1, 2018. The Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 6/2017 on the matter passed by 264 votes "in favour", one "against" and two abstentions.
