Ejobs: lack of experience, the big issue when looking for the first work place
The situations where the graduates complain that employers do not call them for interview as they have no experience are often met on the work market, said Stefania Grajdeanu, the eJobs representative, one of the biggest online platform for recruiting on the local level.
Over the last three months, ten companies had for a contest 2,000 new work places for which there were over 85,000 candidates, according to the information on eJobs.
The platform had from the beginning of the year over 4.5 million applications. ‘ By comparison to the previous year, on the eJobs platform there were recorded an increase of 10% of the number of those who appl for the work offers’ said Stefania Grajdeanu.
As regards the most wanted positions on the jobs platform, almost 567 are in the administrative domain, which added approximately 60,000 people who want those places.
Second there were announcements dedicated to the candidates who want a job in the domain of retail. For these there were published 548 active announcements for which there were approximately 41,000 candidates both for entry level and for those with experience.
