European Parliament to discuss rule of law situation in Romania on April 15
The European Parliament will discuss the situation of the rule of law in Romania on April 15, upon the request of the EPP group, according to the announcement made by EMP Cristian Preda on Facebook. “On Monday, April 15, the situation of the rule of law in Romania will be discussed in the EP plenum. I hope Dancila will have the courage to come to Strasbourg,” Preda wrote.
He was the one who announced that the EPP group asked to discuss the situation of the rule of law in Romania in the European Parliament and the adoption of a new resolution about the skidding of Dancila's government.
“Due to recent developments, the EPP group asks to discuss the situation of the rule of law in Romania and the adoption of a new resolution about the skidding of Dancila' s government. I requested that in Brussels, last week at the meeting of the parliamentary faction to which I have been affiliated since 2009,”Preda announced.
EP adopted another resolution about the situation of the rule of law in Romania on Nivember 13, 2018.
