Law on measures for elaboration of National Plan for Relaunch and Resilience needed by Romania, promulgated

President Klaus Iohannis signed, on Thursday, the decree promulgating the law on certain measures for the elaboration of the National Plan for Relaunch and Resilience needed by Romania.

The Presidential Administration announced on Thursday that president Klaus Iohannis signed the decree promulgating the Law for the approval of the Government emergency order 155/2020 on certain measures for the elaboration of the  National Plan for Relaunch and Resilience needed by Romania to access external funds within the Mechanism for Recovery and Resilience.

Also, the president signed the decree promulgating the Law that approves Government Emergency Order 24/2021 amending and completing Government emergency order 155/2020 on certain measures for the elaboration of the National Plan for relaunch and resilience needed by Romania to access foreign funds within the  Mechanism for Recovery and Resilience.

President Iohannis appealed to all political actors involved in implementing PNRR in Romania, because the plan is a “chance we should not miss.”
