Luca Niculescu will be appointed Romania's ambassador to France

Journalist Luca Niculescu will be appointed Romania's ambassador to France, the Presidential Administration confirmed on Sunday. 

The head of state will sign sometime next week the decree naming Niculescu ambassador in Paris. 

Luca Niculescu was born in 1971. He is a Journalism graduate and holds a master's degree in European Journalism from the University Center for Journalism Studies in Strasbourg. Niculescu is a journalist for Radio France Internationale since 1992 and since 2000 an editor-in-chief at Radio France Internationale Romania. Niculescu was a correspondent for France Info, France Inter, France Culture, TV 5 and "Liberation". The journalist is moderator for a TV show at private broadcaster Digi 24 and has previously presented shows at private broadcaster Money Channel and public broadcaster TVR.
