St Dumitru Fair – between October 22 and 27 at Village Museum

St Dumitru Fair, a traditional event which wants to recreate the atmosphere of old fairs will be held between October 22 and 27 at “Dimitrie Gusti” National Village Museum.

According to the organizers' press release, visitors will be able to shop, participate in music and dance shows, book launches, creation workshops and handicraft demonstrations made folk artists who come to the museum from all parts of the country.

Visitors will discover the beauty of folk crafts at creation workshops, will learn the secrets of glass icons, wood processing, bee growing. Applications for workshops are made by email at the address programe.culturale@muzeul-satului.ro. Each workshop accepts only 8 participants, due to the present pandemic situation.
