The government to set up an inter-ministerial council for economic programming in the National Commission for Prognosis
The ministry for finances made a draft of a document to set up in the National Commission for Prognosis (CNP) a general department for economic programming announced in the governing programme of the present government and which will establish the strategic trend for development of Romania, and an inter-ministerial commission for economic programming with 11 members, and which will approve the legislative framework for the projects of the governing programme.
The chairman of the Council for Economic programming is the minister of finances and the head of CNP is the vicechairman and has also financial rights for taking part in the meetings.
‘The members of the council for economic programming benefits from a quarterly sum for participating in the meetings equal to 25% of the monthly sum of the CNP chairman’ the draft says.
According to the draft, after creating the new form, there is the evaluation made by CNP and the agreement from the Council for Economic Programming ‘ with regards to including the drafts for normative acts in the provisions of the Governing Programme or if they are in agreement with the strategic trends for development of Romania’ .
As regards the general department for economic programming,the structure is going to be established by secondary legislation –government decision.
