The Romania initiative: almost half of the eligible candidates- criminal, conflicting, anti-justice

The civic movement The Romania initiative launched on Sunday the site www.alegeriparlamentare2016.ro a guide of the electorate, according to which among the 746 candidates with chances to get into the parliament there are 352 criminal, conflicting, enemies of the rule of law.

The site www.alegeriparlamentare2016.ro allows the Romanian citizens to evaluate the candidate depending on the level of risk regarding their integrity, their respect to the rule of law and political migration.

The statistics published shows that 72 candidates out of the 101 eligible of ALDE are at least in one of these situations: criminal, conflicting, conflict of interest, have changed two or several parties, had actions against the rule of law or other serious crime – 71.3%.

The percentage in the case of the other parties is 67.7 PMP, 52.2 % PSD, 43.2% UDMR, 38.8 PNL and 10.6% USR.
