USR –Plus will not have pre-electoral alliances for the parliamentary elections
Chairman USR Dan Barna, stated his satisfaction with the result obtained by Alliance USR-Plus at the local elections and showed that at the parliamentary elections the two parties will surpass 20%. Barna added that Alianta- USR-Plus will not have any pre-electoral alliances for the parliamentary elections.
The USR leader considers that at parliamenary elections the score to be obtained will surpass 20 %.‘ The parliamentary elections is another story, the score will be significantly better than for the local elections (...) but if we had elections in two rounds, the result would have been better, without any doubt. So, in a round we had one change which we exploited very well. For the parliamentary elections, the political vote, the one connected to the future of Romania is different as there are no local interests in the communes, in the cities. I am convinced that we will surpass 20%’ Barna said.
Asked if USR-Plus will have alliances pre-electoral before the parliamentary elections. Dan Barna stated that this idea is not in the plans of the two parties.
‘USR-Plus will not have pre-electoral alliances for parliamentary elections. We have very good candidates, very valuable, in all counties, we will have solid options, credible, competent in all counties, we are confident that the result will be remarkable’ Barna said.
